Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlowDocu (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

FlowDocu is an interactive diagramming tool that lets you build, animate, present, share, and embed flow diagrams, with real details like API payloads and ownership attached to each part of the diagram. I may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; or
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You retain ownership of the diagrams, text, and other content you create in FlowDocu(“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant me a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to any content you upload.

FlowDocu is currently free to use, with no credit card required. I may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future; if I do, I'll provide reasonable notice before any change affects your existing account.

The FlowDocu name, logo, and the product itself (excluding Your Content) belong to me and may not be used without my permission.

I may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is,” free of charge, as a personal project - not a commercial product with a support contract. I don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements, and to the fullest extent the law allows, I don't take on responsibility for losses or damages arising from your use of it.

That said, if you'd ever like your account or data deleted, for any reason, I'm always happy to do that - just email me (see also the Privacy Policy).

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

[As a personal project without a registered business entity, I haven't specified a formal governing jurisdiction here. If that ever needs to be formalized, this section will be updated.]
